Our Story
Jansen Plumbing has been serving the Foothills area since 1983. What began as a family business grew! All our plumbers and gasfitters are certified journeyman. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and customer service. We offer a wide variety of services. No job is too small! From basic toilet repairs to full basement bathroom rough ins, we can handle it. We also do hot water heaters, boiler systems, infloor heating, furnace repairs and installs, water softeners, dishwashers, humidifiers, iron filters, pressure tanks, reverse osmosis units, garburators, gas lines, drain cleaning, bathroom renovations and much more.

We strive to make things hassle-free and convenient; especially when it comes to our knowledgeable team.
Plumbing
We service and install water softeners, humidifiers and hot water heaters as well as filtration systems, garburetors and sump pumps . We install toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, as well as offer full bathroom rough ins. We also provide any hookups required such as dishwashers, washing machines and other basic household appliances. If it’s plumbing related, we do it.
Heating
We provide heating services such as: boiler systems, furnace installation and repair, infloor heating, unit heaters and more.
Gas fitting
We provide gas fitting services such as: barbecue lines, indoor gas lines to kitchen ranges/dryers/fireplaces, outside fireplaces, secondary lines to shops/garages or full house resizes, as well as outdoor gas generators.
Drain cleaning
We provide drain cleaning for: main lines, toilets, sinks and basins as well as laundry lines.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, cheque, and e-transfer. You can also pay up to $3000 using Visa and Mastercard. For your ease, credit card payments are processed over the phone."
Do You Charge By the Hour?
For residents of Okotoks, our service starts with a rate of $125 for the first hour. Any additional time is billed at $110 per hour, in 15-minute increments. Please note that after-hours calls are charged at double time, and on statutory holidays, our rates are tripled.

Seniors discount?
Yes we offer a seniors discount! It is for ages 65 and older and it qualifies for 10% off labor only.
Are you open 24 hours?
No we are not. The office is open 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily and our plumbers are done at 5:00 pm. After 5:00 pm it is considered after hours. We do have our employees on call for after hours if need be. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.
